In a world where diversity and advanced technology exist a megalopolis of neon lights. Vehicles bustling through the highways, travelling through both air and ground. Structures of buildings and skyscrapers everywhere are wrapped in greenery. Life forms from alien to human co-exist and live together in harmony. Both good and bad things happen here, in the land where the city life blossoms. Though residents still thrive in many ways - it's the place where they call home. Kaizo, a guitarist of a small band, meets a waiter of a local restobar named Ramen. They thought fate had an accident on both of them.

Will a strong bond of friendship will bloom between them? or will it turn into something much more?
