In each and every timeline, there's bound to be slip ups and mistakes, some bigger than others. Death and sorrow is inevitable.

What linked each timeline and world together was the world tree.  From the world tree, a child of gold would be born and overlook these timelines, guiding those who stray from their destined path.

Athanasia De Alger Obelia was a special case in Esther's eyes. Her mana had special properties and without realising, she had lived more than once. This intrigued the maiden and she decides to watch Athanasia, guiding her along the path she sees fit.
