Candy Store: Summary
Freshman year of high school, new-bees Kendall Vertes and Kalani Hilliker meet at tryouts for their favorite sport, cheerleading. These two girls almost instantly click, and become the "friendship goals" of everyone in the school. Both teen girls make the team and begin their journey as friends.
Flash forward to senior year of high school:
Growing up through high school changed these girls; but as they changed, their friendship remained.
Kalani became a sour bitch who could barely stand anyone; and Maddie became a sweet, caring girl who was always there for everyone.
These girls realized after they had grown that they were complete opposites. They realized that they were like two pieces of candy in a candy store—completely opposite yet made to go together.
