Raijyou Seika, a young and outstanding warrior originating from the Northern part is the younger brother of the proud and the greatest hero of the North, Numa Seika. Numa Seika is known as a tactical genius and a very skilled warrior with a spear on his hand, making him the greatest threat of the capital.

One day, the capital sent out the strongest general, Esdeath to wipe out the Northern tribe. With victory on her hands, Raijyou fell on his knees, being submitted to slavery. Now what will become of Raijyou?
