Everything seems to be going fine, Everyone thinks she's a murdering sadist who can be worse than Orochi-moo-moo and whenever she tries to help someone, it backfires on her. But in reality she can't even bump into someone without feeling incredibly guilty. Sounds great right? Then again maybe everything I'm saying is a lie. Maybe none of that actually happens and everyone in the story is dead and there is no reality. Maybe I'm just rambling on about my insecurities to make this sound interesting.
