Earth. That was the name of the planet that was known for its beautiful nature, nice landscaping, and its human population, in which over 80% possessed some uncanny ability.
However, there is one individual that is not part of the 80% of the planet that possesses a meta ability called a Quirk or the twenty percent that's Quirkless.
Hailing from the planet Mobius comes a boy with hedgehog ears and tail named Izuku, who migrated to Earth for his own safety. After his cover is blown, Izuku teams up with a human cop from the small town he lives in named Tom Wachowski, and he embarks on a journey to retrieve his rings and stop the evil Dr. Robotnik from going after his power.

They stay there until the age 7 Izumi and Izuku want to go to Japan so they can be hero then go to U.A. the two being friends with Katsumi then Katsumi Ask Izuku if he have quirk which he says no then all hell start for Izuku after that he happened to five people to help him realize his dream.
