Three years have passed since Katsume left the Leaf to help train Naruto with her father, Jiraiya. Three years since she kissed Kakashi on that rooftop knowing she might never see him again. And for what? She's no closer to understanding The Old Bats' prior role before she was tasked to raise Katsume. No closer to understanding the Akatsuki's true mission.
