Aarohi Goenka, a driven and ambitious woman, dreamed of becoming a doctor. Along the way, she fell in love with Dr. Abhimanyu Birla, a brilliant and compassionate surgeon. However, Abhimanyu's heart belonged to her half-sister, Akshara, whose warmth reminded him of his mother. Despite her deep love for Abhimanyu, Akshara decided to sacrifice her feelings upon discovering Aarohi's love for him, unwilling to hurt her sister. When Abhimanyu openly confessed his love for Akshara, she rejected him, choosing family harmony over her happiness. Devastated, Abhimanyu impulsively proposed to Aarohi, who accepted, hoping to build a future with him. On their wedding day, Akshara finally mustered the courage to confess her love for Abhimanyu. Unable to deny his feelings, Abhimanyu called off the wedding, leaving Aarohi humiliated and heartbroken at the altar. Betrayed and angry, Aarohi severed ties with Akshara and resolved to move on. However, she found herself working alongside Abhimanyu, who constantly taunted and mistrusted her, blaming her for Akshara's pain. Aarohi, though resilient, was broken by the accusations and felt abandoned by her family, who sided with Abhimanyu. Eventually, the families agreed to Abhimanyu and Akshara's marriage. Abhimanyu remained suspicious of Aarohi, convinced she would sabotage the wedding. Aarohi, devastated by her family's indifference to her feelings, chose not to interfere. Though reluctantly involved in the preparations, she carried her heartbreak silently. Amid the festivities, minor mishaps-like a mix-up with the wedding cards-occurred, and Abhimanyu blamed Aarohi. The family joined in the accusations, further isolating her. This relentless mistrust finally broke her. On the day of Akshara and Abhimanyu's haldi, Aarohi burst out, confronting them with her pain-the heartbreak of losing her love, the betrayal by her family, and the constant blame for actions she hadn't committed.
