The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows is a collection of invented words. The author, John Koenig, strives to fill a hole in the language--to give a name to emotions we all might experience but don't yet have a word for. Each of these intricate words has a story behind it, so I think it makes a perfect writing challenge. Are you ready to delve deeper into the English language?
NOTE: I did not come up with any of the words or definitions in this book, all credit gooes to John Koenig. I've simply gathered a few of my favorite in here.

Those stories don't really have a link between each other. Those stories often don't have beginning nor ends. These are just things that I wrote a long time before. Those stories often talks about sad stuff like depression, heartbreak, drugs etc.. Those stories are sometimes not even stories, just conversation. Love is a death of a Life and the beginning of another. All the years of apposing the idea of letting someone in and giving all of her, will it be possible to let a mysterious guy to come all along and sway away all her insecurities. He's like an open book , easy to read but when you dig into his story the more complex he becomes and suddenly it's not him but someone she has never come across.
