This story takes place 6 years after the raccoon incident and the fall of the cult and plaga. 


Right before the raccoon City events , they created a new weapon better than The Red Queen.  

A human computer. 

Right before the raccoon city incident When Elouise turned 17, Umbrella kidnapped her.  

They did tests with her and implanted a biochip in her.  
The last 6 years , they tortured you and the worst thing is 
you dont remember anything since they abducted you. 

The biochip is not a normal one, it can generate brain waves.  With a little effort she can take out any target. Umbrella calls this gift blackwall.  

A group of secret soldiers who have long harbored a rivalry with Umbrella have now been hired by the President to secure this weapon and use it for destroying umbrella forever.

Milo regrets working for Umbrella after that night, but how can he move on?
