It is a love story about a 12th standard student in the small desolate city of Kota. The narrator finds out that he likes a girl, Simrah Qureshi when he is direly preparing for his exams of the IITJEE. It seems quite impossible that they get along together but then things turn out a little different and day by day, they become best friends and later turn out to fall in deep love with each other. Living in the desolate city of Kota, with the huge number of problems surrounding the narrator, he describes his each day and moment as he spends his time with his love. He finds out the real truth about Simrah and her mysteries of the past and agrees to give full support to her. He feels deeply for her but things turn out really different at the end, when an unexpected outcome hit the narrator and he becomes lonely inspite of having everything. He gets all his ambitions fulfilled but loses the most important thing of his life without whom his life becomes dust and water...
