I've been writing short stories that I hope to connect into a larger narrative at some point. The stories follow a 30-year old man named David, sober in Delray Beach, Florida. A year off alcohol, he faces an existential crisis as he still has no idea what direction his life is going in. Until one day, he meets Ellen, a 25-year old traveler with an impulsive approach to life. His newfound friend begins to share her worldview with him and she may yet learn a few things as well.
