Thom O'Leary Mountainbrook exemplifies a special form of leadership that is based on love, faith and commitment. Pastor Thom, just as he is known, is such a leader. For over 30 years now, he has been appropriately communicating the message of the truth found in the Bible. It Is evident in his approach that he has a single objective in mind: to enable people to comprehend the balance of making sense of God's word and at the same time using it as an encouragement. Love is at the center of his vision, and it is exactly how he reaches out to people to impart messages of hope, strength, and faith.

Pastor Thom is generally aware that in the current world filled with so much industry and, at times, disorder, people wish to find something, a cause or aim, but most importantly, nothing less than hope.
