Anna Montoya was born into the Shadow Clan. A group of hunters responsible for seeking and destroying all supernatural creatures of the dark. Over the past twenty two years, Anna has become all too familiar with things that go bump in the night from vampires to witches to werewolves and she's killed her fair share. Having been trained since her eleventh birthday she's become one of the strongest and most well known hunters in the world. Weeks before her birthday Anna is sent on yet another mission to a mountain town in the middle of nowhere. What she doesn't count on is the new discoveries this particular mission will bring.
