Harlowe Ireweild had one job and that was to do the eternal bidding as the most prestigious archangel for the god who created him. However, that didn't include falling in love with the secret keeping woodland nymph, Syrire Taigon, whom he was designated to save by from falling into a path of corruption from the weight of her duties. When the couple gets caught, Harlowe is given a choice between choosing to stay with the love of his life and accepting all consequences that come with it or retrieve their soul as punishment for disobeying his orders. Well, what would you choose? What would it cost? And is it a price you'd be willing to pay? Harlowe thought so. Now he has to navigate losing his "sight" and being a newly fallen angel as he traverses the circles of the underworld in search for his love, who has been cursed not to remember him fully. Syrire on the other hand, is in the hands of the guardian of the circles and only knows one thing. This is all Harlowe's fault.
