Salem Nispens is a 25-year-old artist and a researcher for the federal authorities of the Euler Area who spends day and night investigating a number of disappearances in the town of Eulers' Creek for his newest project, the hometown of his now fully deceased family. Many people have gone into the woods on the outskirts of town.
Soon in his investigation, he encounters the rumoured mysteries and horrors that people speak of when talking about the area. Reality seems to have shifted for the Gods have risen again after a 177-year-old sleep.
A Veilwalker, someone who is able to travel through the Veil and see the paranormal their true forms and usually lives to tell the tale, a human deeply linked to the Veil. Salem never thought he would discover that it may not have been coincidence that fate held him hostage to his family's heritage.
Along with some newfound friends he tries to get the Gods to sleep for good this time. But will that work out when life doesn't always go easy on even the strongest of people.

This book is a horror-romance story including themes such as gore, violence, swearing, cursing, LGBT+ scenarios and a mixture of real life and original mythology/lore.
