As her powers rapidly grew, she was under Hogwarts protection, but this caught the Dark Lords attention, it brought back memories he once had from the girl. Dumbledore assigned Severus Snape to teach her about her abilities and how to use them, it ended up that Severus knew more then anyone thought. if Rhiannon is unsuccessful with control of her powers or learning who she really is she could become a weapon.
