Ever since 'Me' was unplugged, things have changed. MePhone4 felt he had no choice other than to surrender to Cobs. However, he's had a few ways to deal with things. Baxter, Lightbulb's old pet crab, never got deleted, and neither did Bow's phone.
But, fortunately, there's one other thing that MeLife didn't generate.
And they might just be the key to saving MePhone4.. as well as the contestants.

Fan is ecstatic to join the new season of Inanimate Insanity. He's intrigued and a little starstruck, to say the least. Just as things begin to settle and friendships (sometimes more) begin to form, a troublesome event occurs. A contestant is killed in unknown circumstances. As the Bright Lights get smaller and smaller, will they be able to find out how these gruesome events occurred? Or, more importantly...who's next? Upon the closure of MePhone's reality show, Inanimate Insanity, one final challenge was formed from a nuclear accident spreading across the island; to survive. 28 contestants, 1 hotel basement, 0 chance of revival. It's up to them to decide whose fates are sealed in the now-barren and dangerous wasteland of an island. Those sent off for resource or assistance may never return. Finger Paintings (REBOOT)
After MePhone4 mysteriously dissapeared, the remaining contestants were sent back to Hotel OJ. People picked up new interests, Fan became a famous internet blogger, Suitcase and Balloon became detectives, Test Tube continued her science experiments, ect ect... But what about Paintbrush? That *is* who this story is about, is it not? Yes yes, of course. How would we forget our beloved Paintbrush, famous across all of the seasons of II. What happened to them? Well, they started an art class, every wednesday they would help their students get better at painting. But soon enough, they found a new interest. Finger Painting. They loved how much control they had, they loved how easy it was to glide their finger against the canvas. One day, they accidentally spilt some blood onto their canvas. They tried to rub it away, but.. It felt good. Even better than paint. They loved the feeling of the blood against the canvas, rubbing into it and creating an amazing picture. How could they not like it? But they couldn't use it again, they could use a substitute. And so they would. ~~~~~ ah yes, im better at writing now how did that happen? since im better at writing i thought, why not rewrite my most popular book? its not like its ahha its not like ive got 3 other things to do so yeah finger paintings reboot was born also the death orders might be a little different i will not be making a reboot of revival (unless its highly requested). The ending to this is going to be very different, and will not need a second story. Why wouldn't they remember that? Mephone4 at first just brushes it off but then he starts getting suspicious and tries to find whats Cobs secret. Then something unexpected and traumatizing happens, leaving Mephone scared, he doesn't know if he should tell someone or not... Why don't the objects remember anything? Where did Cobs find them? What is Cobs doing with them? What's the thing that Mephone4 finds? Will he tell anybody? Inanimate Insanity Invitational had just concluded, so now everyone is back at the hotel, even the remaining season 2 contestants who are waiting for MePhone to resume the season (not the season 3 newbies though, but some could possibly make a cameo *wink* *wink*). One day, OJ has to leave for a month to have time with his family and puts Paper in charge. But little does OJ know, Evil Paper is ready for his comeback. TW: Violence, gore, a little bit of swearing, some ships, and probably some phobia triggers. (Also, apologies if I ever mischaracterize any characters in this story.
