I met Amelia in Grey's Sloan Memorial Hospital, already have feelings for her but can't tell it cause of my ex cheating on me and still have extreme trauma because of it. Because of my trauma, I had to attend 5 years with my shrink. Before I got wrapped into my own thoughts, Amelia asked me, 'Are you okay, Arizona? I was asking for a case for my patient.' The tone hushed as to not disrupt the silence in the hallway. She's been eyeing me for quite some time now, but the pain what I felt right that second was part butterflies, part heart-break pain. She held my hand. 'What is it to you?' I raised my eyebrow and I took my hand out of her grasp quickly but slowly. 'I was just asking. Watch with your attitude! What's wrong with you?' She rolled her eyes to which I sighed heavily. 'What were you saying again?' Amelia went on and on about this case with her patient. Basically, Jackie, aged 13, had suffered an epilepsy. A year ago, she had stroke but she said she took both care of it. Now, it's my job to take care of her also. ' ...Whatever's wrong with you, I hope you'll get that attitude checked next time. You're on peds and that's how you act?' 'Who do you think you are? Why are you talking to me that way?' Amelia groanded and just stormed away. What an a-hole I thought and just went on our separate ways, each one on a differt direction.
Amelia proposed to me after a decade, gotten married and we both kissed. Right at that moment, I woke up, sighed and went to my morning rounds.
