"Mamma, do you love me?" I asked. She leaned over and kissed me on the forehead gently.
"Of course I do."
I woke up with tears streaming down my face. I tried to get up, but my whole body hurt. I looked at the clock. I was officially eight years old.

Emily Watson wasn't a normal girl. She was one of those 'loner nerds' who wore horrid clothing and said nothing to anybody. She was one of those girls who kept a dark secret.
It has been ten years since she had that dream. It was the last time she ever felt happy.
Emily has faced things no eighteen year old should face. Between a broken home and a broken body, she's finally had enough. So when she hears of a chance to escape, she jumps at the chance.

But, what would happen if she runs into five boys? Not just any boys, ones that you would least expect to meet. Who were these boys who popped into her life? Was she going to let the five of them into her life? Will she become their rock, their friend? What happens when she's thrown into their little mix? Lies, hook-ups, heartbreaks, make-ups, and love.

But, will Emily learn that keeping up walls will only drive out the people who love her? Will she learn that she should let those walls down? And more importantly, will she learn that dark secrets are meant to be revealed?
