In a secluded mountain range, Tommy, an avian hybrid with small wings, lives in a hidden village with others like him, striving to evade the humans who hunt hybrids for profit. While gathering food, Tommy accidentally stumbles into a trap set by Dream, a human hunter. Recognizing that Tommy's small wings render him a poor catch, Dream makes a surprising choice: he releases Tommy instead of capturing him. However, he secretly follows Tommy, hoping to discover the location of the hidden hybrid village. When Dream slips and falls off a cliff, Tommy uses his small wings to save him, challenging everything he was taught about humans.
