Lucy Heartfilia is a Celestial Wizard as well as the Celestial Dragon Slayer in Fairy Tail. Her best friend is Levy McGarden, is a Solid Script Mage. When Lucy makes a promise to Levy, the whole guild makes a big deal over it. Erza especially makes a fuss. The same stormy night Lucy makes that promise, Lucy's and Fairy Tail's entire life changes.
What was the promise? What was the surprise that turned the hard headed guild members into softies? Never again will Lucy behave the same way. Never again will she act like the carefree guild member she once was. She has a promise to keep, and she tends to do just that.
This is the second book to The One They Call Lucy.
