Dimentio has lost count of how long he's been in the Underwhere. With no memory of how he died and only one way to escape, he waits patiently for his chance when suddenly, he finds himself face to face with someone he never thought he'd see again. And wouldn't you know it, that old friend(?) just so happens to practically hand Dimentio his escape on a silver platter. Will he go back to his old ways and take the bait, or will things turn out differently this time?

His twin children, Dave and Luna, his only remnants of Mr.L. Dimentio knew that he spent the first ten years of his life in an orphanage, but then he started wondering... why? Why was he abandoned as a child? Did his parents truly not love him just because of his appearance? Meanwhile, Mario had held up his end of the deal and left Rogueport. Alone. He knew that he now had blood on his hands. He had attempted suicide, but Dimentio tried to intervene, which is why Mr.L was now dead. After isolation, and his thoughts whispering to him, he realizes that none of this would've happened if Dimentio was simply never in the picture. Two broken halves, two problems, one solution. Since a very VERY young age, Dimentio has been gifted with many powers and abilities, much like his mother, but after an incident occurs, he harms someone close to him and becomes scared of himself. He is given a mask to help suppress and focus his powers, but will it be enough? Will he be the perfect prince his mother wanted him to be or will he just make a fool of himself? (This is an SPM AU where the Pixl Queen was never overthrown, in case I didn't make that clear.
