What happens when the guy you've despised all your life suddenly changes how he acts?
When he suddenly starts being nice, suddenly listens to you, respects you and above all else, asks you out???
He's kidding though. He has to be. Right?
When Gracie's childhood best friend, who had suddenly started hating her right around when second grade started, asks her out (out of nowhere might I add) Gracie doesn't know how to react. I mean how does one react when the guy that gave it his best to make your school life living hell (though quite unsuccessfully) genuinely asks one to go on a date with him?
One just simply has to say no.
And if one happens to have just simply had a shitty day and a bad temper, a simple no might not actually be the exact words one uses.
But who can blame her? The guy's been a total douche to her. And that before she got even a bite to eat that day. So really. He had it coming.
Well at least that's what she thinks.
Until he starts acting completely different around her. Could it be that she actually hurt him?
Or could it be that he actually liked her?
But that's impossible.
Right?
And with all of that happening in a small town and therefore a small high school, there's bound to be some drama. So settle in, cause this one might be a bumpy ride.
