A youth is taken into causticity by S.H.I.E.L.D. Well, more like care and more specifically Nick Fury. After the passing of Tobias's family, Fury took him in and under his wing, though there are some difficulties. Nick always being busy, doesn't have someone to take care of the little one, and that his employees are Agents NOT babysitters. So, he decides to have the Avengers help him with the kid, which isn't that much of a problem, only thing is to convince them to take care of him. That's the tricky part, so will Tobias go with the Avengers or continue to staying with Fury?

Tony and Steve are searching for a new addition to the family. A child to adopt. They search amongst the orphanages trying to find the right one. Enter Peter Parker. A 15 year old boy without any hope of being adopted. Seeing the fact that no one wants a kid who's already that old. Being the oldest in the orphanage isn't really the most amazing thing either. This is a story about six kids and their crazy live. From being HYDRA captives, to SHIELD agents, to children of superheros, to Avengers themselves. Even with the struggles of being superheros, they still have normal problems like making friends, and some not so normal problems, like keeping their identities a secret. Amongst other things, they struggle to balance their time out with their family, which becomes especially hard when their family is all over the universe *cough* Thor *cough*. When the rain falls
After Peter had been bitten by a spider and the death of his Uncle Ben, Peter became Spider-man. Living with his Aunt May, going to high school as a sophomore and at night saving the people of Queens from Robberies, Kidnappings and some of Spider-mans enemies. One day Peter comes home to see his Aunt May shot and killed just like his Uncle Ben. Peter was then taken to an Orphanage where he was neglected by the care takers only a few kids try to help him make it through his time in the Orphanage. But sadly over the time of three months Peter slowly stopped talking, the schools therapist that was in charged of helping Peter to talk again. Tony and Pepper are wanting to adopt a kid thinking that having a kid will help keep the other's from having another 'Civil war' issue. So that is what they did, going to the closest Orphanage in Queens. When they first lay their eyes on Peter they knew that he was special and that he was the one. Everything was going great but all good things must come to an end. Will Peter make it out of his depressed state or will he be forever lost in his depression.
