Young or old, poor or rich, there's always a place people are rushing to. This is the only way I can discern who is alive and who is not. The dead never rushes. Spirits are never late for anything.
Nakijima Iori has always been a bit special, or more abnormal. He has always been able to see ghosts...not the friendly ones. Spending most of his life in a temple in Osaka, he decided to move to Tokyo to pursue a degree in Management and to leave his past behind. Little did he know a small accident on the bus would lead him into the arms of Huang Yushi, the lead detective for the Tokyo Special Unit and another person who can see ghosts.
Huang Yushi, known as Hound Chief, has been the lead detective in the Tokyo Special Unit for the last 6 years. His team deals with "special" cases that many would believe as abnormal or unreal. Little did he know in his next mission a cute little spitfire would fall into his arm and turn his structured world upside down.
Solving cases together, and learning about each other's past, they both need to learn how to accept each other's differences. Who knows, as time passes, there could be more than friendship between these two.
