Chaos lives in the outlawed creek of the kingdom of Velocity. In which is a well-constructed community of outcasts, crooks, rebels, and everything in between. Even with their flaws and quirks, they managed to sustain a " somewhat " peaceful life. But on the other side of the creek is where the city lies, where only the " high adjusted "roams. Terrifying I know. You don't necessarily have to be of wealth to be considered a part of the city. But you do have to maintain a clean reputation and " clean reputation" is not exactly something to be used to describe Roxanne Kai. Rox had been cast out of the city gates long ago and if you ask her about it she just cusses out the whole House of Representatives. But as Rox grew up in the creek she realized some long-kept secrets of what transcends outside of the City and what else she had been lied to about. But first, she finds herself in a tight spot with the Council, ( in her words " the people that run this hellhole" ) Who decided to give her quite a hard time for prying. As she continues her search some of her own past creeps back to haunt her. At the end of the day, Roxanne doesn't know what to trust or who.
