More often than not, the monsters go unpunished. That's how it's always been in Yokohama. Until now.

Detective Sakaguchi has been tasked with the interrogation of Yokohama's most notorious crime boss in connection with a string of brutal homicides, and he's not about to let an opportunity like this go to waste. At least, that's what he told himself before he sat down with the man. Now he's beginning to feel like the justice system he's devoted his life to is nothing more than a house of cards.
