On October 13, 1999, during a storm with powerful winds reaching upwards of 50mph, a baby of 8 pounds 9 ounces was born in a basement. "мальчик" (It's a boy!). 

   His name Aleksandr Ivanov . Born to Dmitri Ivanov the leader of the Bravta the highest-ranked mafia in all of Russia. He was soon to be a leader.
