Academy city, the most technologically advance city in the world, and a place filled with espers, people with amazing abilities that are ranked from level 0 to level 5. But Academy city isn't the only place that has espers. The European Union has created there own esper training facility. It may not have many students, or even many that have abilities over level 3, but they do have a few level 5 of there own. There first rank is truly exceptional. His name is (Y/n) (L/n). A esper with the ability to control time. Because of his British origin, he's been given the nick name Time Lord. He's a 16 year old guy that looks like a 10 year old....... Follow his adventures, as he enters Academy City to try and solve a certain problem that is going on. A nice quiet city, where nobody's trying to experiment with you. Though granted, the tendency for aliens to turn up is rather overly usual. However, Mikoto isn't the only one from Academy City who comes to Bellwood. All 10 Level 5s are here too, each of them for their own reasons, and tensions are running high between them and the Highbreed who have also turned up in the vicinity, leading to an all out Battle Royale between Aliens and Espers.
