Aparaajitha (The Tale of the Invincible)

'Dharmo Rakshati Rakshitaha' The guardians of dharma will be guarded by the Dharma itself. This ancient sanskrit phrase reveals the need and essence of righteousness in a society. Each yuga has born witness of the downfall of adharma and the resurgence of Dharma.

Avantika, also known as Deva Nandhini, the valiant Princess of Devanagari is announced as the future empress of the kingdom by her proud father Maharaja Devvrath. As the whole kingdom awaits her coronation, the kingdom is challenged for a war over the dispute over the distribution of the waters of river Kadambari.

Unfollowed by a series of unfortunate events, the kingdom is eventually usurped by the vicious minded enemies of the neighbouring kingdoms. During this juncture, Avantika finds out that the whole trail of events was part of a well planned game of Chaturanga which consisted of people whom she trusted. As she goes on unearthing the secrets she also finds out another harrowing truth which was kept hidden from her and her father for years.

The tale of an absconding princess who is forced to keep her identity hidden from the world for the sake of her goal. Her audacious journey as a female warrior, her struggles and battle for justice reveals the everlasting strength of Femininity.

The story is based on the blockbuster movie series and visual extravaganza - Bahubali by S.S Rajamouli. The characters and events mentioned in the story belong to the original creators. I present this as a tribute to the makers of Bahubali and all the audience who loved the film. I wish each and every one a very happy reading.
