Two best friends, Hannah and Lizzy, make a wish to experience the 1980's after visiting a fortune teller at a back of a record shop. Lizzy wishes for only one night in the 80s, while Hannah wishes to stay there forever. They wake up in a fully 80s-inspired world, complete with vintage malls, stores, arcades, bands like Mötley Crüe and Poison, and no modern technology. As Hannah enjoys the adventure, she realizes something is wrong when Lizzy begins feeling sick and starts to fade back into the present. Now, Lizzy must find a way to save Hannah who is still stuck in time, with the help of Jamie, a small local musician from the 80's who may know more about the mysterious time-bending powers that they encountered.
