Vincent is a teenage boy who just recently moved back into his hometown after 10 years of him and his uncle living in another country. Despite there being constant wars and conflicts between two clans, Vincent makes sure to treat everyone he knows equally, even though some of them aren't as they seem. 

There is also a very odd cult of people in the city, people who seem to be able to use all forms of magic, magic from the clans and not.

All we know is that that cult is dangerous.
