As Jaqen tries to save Arya by declaring her No One and sending her away. The situation soon turns horrific when six men appear to apprehend Arya before she can even leave the Hall of Faces. When Jaqen attacks, in a bid to free her, another six men show and both are dragged into a chamber. A chamber that Arya has never seen before but knows she should fear, given the look of horror on Jaqen's face. She soon realises why as these men have a very 'special' kind of punishment in mind for her. A punishment that Jaqen steps in and offers to dole out. Everything he does is to protect her in a dire, hopeless situation. But Jaqen doesn't see it that way. And as his thoughts swirl into darkness, can Arya pull him back again and prove, once and for all, that he is a man worthy of her?

But as the days have turned to weeks, have turned to months. Arya begins to find that her feelings for her old mentor have changed drastically and it seems his have as well. But neither want to speak of it. That is, until in front of Jaqen, Gendry decides to try and bully and abuse Arya, because she had refused to sleep with him or accept his proposal. Before Arya can put Gendry back in his place, Jaqen steps in and gives him a lesson he won't soon forget. Then, as Jaqen and Arya engage in a friendly spar, something passes between them. Something that neither can ignore and before they know it, they find themselves in the bathhouses of Winterfell Keep. Well...at least Arya now knows what had changed in her feelings for her handsome and beguiling ex-teacher, as he becomes her mentor once more. But in a much different subject than before.

His confusion does not get any lesser though when he finds her as a strange man visits him in his dreams and tells him that destiny isn't done with him or Arya just yet.
