"You're lucky I had bone man bring you back. That was artifact money."
"Artifact money? I was dead!" Astarion argued.
"Correction, technically, you're already dead, like all of us will be if we don't feed the damn wizard infused artifacts!" I argued.
"Why are you talking about me like I'm a pet needing fed? I'm standing two feet away from you." Gale deadpanned.

Astarion ascended just like he wanted. Tav helped just like he asked. People change just like they were warned. Fair warning: Ascended Astarion is the villain, Tav frequently disassociates and justifies Astarion's behavior to themselves and the other companions. Domestic violence is implied but not depicted out-right. Verbal abuse is kept to a minimum. Two major characters will die eventually. An alternative epilogue at Withers' party.
