Some people experience nightmares once a month or once a week.
Reading from a scary story, watching a horror film, a documentary, or even watching a Jurassic Park movie can be the reason why people have nightmares. Unfortunately, others experience them daily without a cause.
However, these nightmares can change after waking up yet, there have been cases that the nightmare from before can continue. When in deep sleep, you can feel like you are part of a dream that you wouldn't expect to be in.
Although, you must include the chilling sensation crawling down your spine with a dark paranormal figure waiting nearby for your next move.
