This won't be your average lovey-dovey fan fiction. The only love in this story is the love Sweet Pea has for her family. At the young age of 7, Sweet Pea takes all the bullets fired at her. After her parents death she has a hard time healing. When Johnny and Pony run away her family gets worried sick and her well being fades away. She had a short childhood and had to grow up fast. When her life takes a turn, there is no going back.

Also I know she looks a bit young in this photo to be 7 but that's the basic idea of her face. Also it's not exactly what she was thinking because then there would be unicorn and narwals in every paragraph but more kinda like what's happening in her point of view.

Darrel is stressed with work and taking care of his two brothers and was getting angry a lot recently. Sodapop felt disconnected and almost sick all of the time and was very tired of being a middleman to his brothers all the time. Ponyboy was struggling with his sexual orientation and was scared what others would say when he realised he had fallen in love with, not even a girl, but Johnny Cade. Really just me trauma-dumping onto all of the Curtis brothers and adding Darrel's anger issues to the mix.
