Takes place during the Newborn Era of the Gameverse. The Diamond Cutters - Tangle the Lemur, Whisper the Wolf, and Lanolin the Sheep - are a rising sector of the Mobius Kids Next Door. Following the legacy of fallen operatives, these three experience struggles of war, grief, and love as they learn to heal old wounds and pursue a future where they can be happy.

This story serves to adapt the Sonic IDW characters into the Gameverse. This story describes and incorporates events and scenes from the comics, but they are reimagined to emphasize characterization. Certain other elements are rewritten to follow Gameverse continuity.All Rights Reserved
