It is about a a twenty four year old girl named Catherine Maria Hollybrook that begins her journey at culinary school in Chicago, Illinois. She learns a lot more in depth of the refined techniques and blending in flavors and ingredients from Sedona into her dishes. Along the way, she decides to get a culinary cooking internship while attending culinary school in Chicago. Towards the end of the book, she graduates from culinary school and after that she will get a culinary apprenticeship in France. I believe that Catherine Maria Hollybrook will do very well at culinary school and she will achieve many great things.
