It's been 50 years after the New Government was formed. No one dares to venture out, stand up, or even ask a question about anything to the government. They all cowered in fear, just pitifully obeying the laws. That was what happened then, but 5 rebel children began to make a move from deep inside. One a refugee, one a spying soldier, one Government-born, one notorious outlaw, and one Government captive/servant. They made a move, a move to seek freedom, a move to find the true reasons behind the New Government's doings.
