Both of them just kept living a normal life and spent their time hanging out with each other a lot, making their relationship increases as this makes the protagonist grow a love affection toward his teacher.

However, one day when Tanjiro goes to the roof of the school, he meets a weird girl just casually standing idle while raising her phone in the air and just staring at the blank space.

The girl seems like she was born with no emotions and less knowledge, she seems like she has a bad case of a gamer brain that makes our protagonist have some sympathy toward her.

Tanjiro could not help it and felt the urge to bring some light to this friendless girl's eyes. So he enlists Kanae to help him bring the weird girl to her right path for her future, not knowing that a light on his heart will bloom toward the girl.

Days pass, Aoi learns what it means to live a correct life, but at the same time she also begins to feel a growing great love and affection toward our protagonist.
