Jisung fell ill. Everything came to a standstill when, instead of a usual cough, he was surprised by bloody petals on his hand. Despair and tears became his everyday reality. With the concerned Felix by his side and Chan, a specialist in Hanahaki, he decides to undergo surgery. Unbeknownst to him, Minho volunteers to take him to the hospital. However, he doesn't realize that this journey will be his last, in which Jisung will see him not just as a beloved but as a best friend.
