Gravity Falls is once again peaceful, healed from Weirdmageddon.. for bit, at least. 
After the chaos, Bill Cipher was sent to the Theraprism. He's been a patient for 99 years, which was only 9 months on earth.  For his 100th year, he'll be returning to town. Not just as himself, but as a human. By all genetic terms it is him, but still. Now he has to deal with this fact of humanity and the people he's living with. What will happen now?
