Galadriel/Original Female Character

Walking past Elrond and Galadriel, she takes her leave and excuses herself. Out into the courtyard, her eyes begin to well up in tears. Taking tiny steps further down the path, she hears Elrond declare, "That necklace meant a lot to the both of you." Facing her friend, she softly answers, "It means little to me now, and less with each passing day." Bowing her head, she continues her walk while Elrond hurries his steps. Stopping her in her tracks, "I don't understand how you don't even feel her," Elrond's confused face gets Solaris to ask, "How could I?" Tilting his head to the side, "The tension is palpable, the feelings are real. How long must you stay mad at her? Resisting your bond will only aggravate the pain."

"There is no bond, Elrond." Solaris professes. Much to her discomfort, "My heart was emptied from the moment she left Valinor." Tears fall as she chokes out, "What you see now, is a soulless type of love."

Set in the world of Middle-earth, during the time of The Rings of Power, Melisane, the youngest sister of Finrod and Galadriel, unlike her sister's mind-reading abilities, possesses the divine gift of prophetic dreams, able to glimpse the future, past, and unseen realms. As a child, she was captivated by tales of dragons-creatures of wind, sky, and fire-and often dreamed of them, their power and grace haunting her thoughts. In the aftermath of the Elves' flight to Middle-earth, the loss of her brother Finrod, and Galadriel's departure to hunt Sauron, Melisane is left battling grief and feelings of abandonment. Despite her skill as a deadly commander and warrior, she struggles to find purpose, withdrawing from those who care for her as her dreams grow stronger. One fateful day, she stumbles upon a newly hatched, abandoned dragon-just as her dreams had foretold. Believing this moment signals a change in her destiny, Melisane takes the creature under her care. Concerned by her reclusive nature, Elrond, the Half-elven, and an old family friend, seeks her out and is shocked to find her raising the dragon. Agreeing to help her, he assumes she will eventually let it go, but their shared bond over the creature slowly rekindles their long-lost friendship-and something deeper. As shadows loom once again over Middle-earth, Melisane and Elrond must navigate the growing darkness, all while facing the uncertain futures that their hearts and dreams reveal. Will their newfound connection withstand the threats closing in, or will the starlight of their bond be consumed by the shadows? _ "You sleep coiled; tightly wound. Hands made fists beneath the pillows, clenched above cotton sheets. You are at war, even in your dreams, cenedril af fae nín. Let me help you."

Aurora opens her eyes only to feel the agonising pain in her body. That is to be expected when there has been an accident. It's excruciatingly painful. Aurora groans in pain and pulls off the blanket, taking in her surroundings. It is more appropriate for a hospital interior design to look to the mediaeval era. Not shabby, but more on the extravagant side. The nurses' attire, on the other hand, appears odd. Someone said out of nowhere, "Her Grace, please wake up! Call the doctor right away!" Aurora approaches the mirror and looks at the woman with deep red eyes in it. The woman had blonde hair that, while a little messy, flowed perfectly over her shoulder. Her fair complexion lends her an ethereal appearance. Not to mention that her outfits make her look like a noblewoman from a historical series. She pinches herself, only to realise that the blonde woman staring at her is herself. A thought struck her mind, as she utters her first statement in this world, "Fuck me". Medea has finished her work, but she is still unsure how to fix all of the messes. She hasn't been herself in a long time, and it's bothering her. The throne seems so far away, and the weight of the burden grows heavier with each passing day. A letter from the Imperial Palace has arrived, instructing the Duchess to look after the House of Smith's Duchess of Light, Natalie Wilson Smith. As an evil scheme was about to unfold, she smiled wickedly. 'This is my new card.' p/s: I can't find the original owner of the photo of the cover, if you know or you are the owner of the cover. ・❥・ She thought maybe she was okay with being wicked. That she was so angry, so desperately, bitterly livid. She thought perhaps there were pieces of this world that deserved her wrath. Her wickedness. Some souls who deserved to be snuffed out. ・❥・ Cirsei Silvaeus had run away from home. A "home" that was much more akin to a prison, a crypt within which she would waste away to nothing. Cirsei's father, Valentine, had been keeping her under his thumb ever since the death of her mother. Regarding her as little more than an object, a piece of property which could turn him a profit, he subjected her to wretched, unspeakable cruelty. Her escape had been impulsive, fueled by the desperation harbored only by those who were fighting for their lives. She does not make it very far before crashing into an Illyrian general who, to her dismay, pulls her into his world. Surrounded by new faces, a new city, and a new sense of uncertainty about her future, Cirsei feels she has traded one prison for another. She will come to learn that this could not be further from the truth - but this lesson is not without its growing pains. Takes place shortly before Under the Mountain.
