Moons have passed since the tragic death of Bristlefrost. She saved the clans by drowing in a deep Dark Forest water pook, killing Ashfur's spirit along with her. 

Everyone thought she was dead. Including her one true love, Rootspring. He was devastated at her death. Ivypool, her mother also was. In honor of her memory, every cat who entered was given the title, Light in the Mist.
