Now, traditional weapons are obsolete. Instead, nations wield an army of "mages"-individuals enhanced with brain-implanted chips at the age of 18, capable of wielding devastating power. They are no longer just soldiers or weapons. They are the new nuclear arsenal, a force so potent they have become both humanity's greatest threat and its most precarious safeguard.
As the world teeters on the edge of a new kind of destruction. Nations cling to an uneasy cold war, with mages standing as the only deterrent against total annihilation. But how long can this delicate balance hold before the scales tip?

Charged to lead mortals in a conflict that endangers every man, woman and child on Mundus be them Man, Mer or Fae. After begrudgingly accepting this fate and leading the holy charge in the devastating Dįvonësë War over the lands of the living world and helping to save it from fates unknown, if only barely, he now writes his mémoirs in the hopes that doing so will give him the piece of mind to know that all of his means truly were justified by their ends.Complete

I have forgotten what it feels like to be free. To have a voice. I can't say anything, or else they might catch me. My parents would never forgive me. I'll be arrested. Maybe even killed.
