Ten-year-old Ainhoa Vespertine is the sole survivor of a brutal attack that claims the lives of her parents, the heads of the Vespertine Company.

While police declare it a suicide pact driven by financial ruin, Ainhoa is adamant, her parents were murdered by a figure cloaked in black.
