Transformers X RWBY:War on Remnant

After Years fighting against their enemies,The Autobots have finally rid Earth of the Decepticon threat,ending the war campain on the planet and returning war effords on Cybertron,but upon a few weeks after their return home,both facction are suddenly transported to another reality,a reality similar to Earth,a world called Remnant,with his forces spread across this new world,Optimus Prime and his Autobots must regroup and defend Remant from Megatron and the Decepticons and along the way,they make new friends and reunited with some old ones.
