Wasp'Whisker is the 2nd in command of Hemlock's clan (hemlock clan) and she's feeling unappreciated. She's been gathering rouges, loners, and traitors into their clan to gain their numbers before they ambush the moss tribe, but she feels like the commander orchid doesn't appreciate it.

Meanwhile, a scrawny new recruit, Rattle'sPaw is trying to find where he belongs in his new clan, and they're weak state makes him self conscious about how the much more athletic Hemlock's Clan cats view him.

And as two unlikely friends face their own challenges with both their past and present.. they seek comfort in each other's company.

These cats all must tie up loose ends, come together, and confront their pasts and presents in this clan.
While battling a vengeful war.
