Yeseul is a young, talented, pretty girl who seems to have everything that others probably have to work hard for years. But appearances are cloudy and also have their dark sides.

As a little girl, Yeseul moved with her mother from Los Angeles to Korea, where three years later her mother got engaged to the CEO of a well-known perfume company and married him shortly after. She and her new husband had a child together and the four of them lived a quiet life.

But nobody really knows why the two came to Korea and the young girl can't remember anything either. Only her mother knows the real reason for their emigration, but she doesn't seem to like talking about it.

But as the arguments between the married couple increase, the pieces of the puzzle slowly start to fall into place...
